Cancellation Policy

Appointment Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their gym membership at any time by providing written notice to the gym. Upon cancellation, the customer will be responsible for any outstanding fees or charges incurred prior to the cancellation date. Refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the membership. The gym reserves the right to modify or terminate the membership cancellation policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to customers in a timely manner.

Class Cancellation Policy

Classes may be cancelled by the gym for various reasons, including but not limited to instructor unavailability, facility maintenance, or low attendance. In the event of a cancellation, every effort will be made to notify participants in advance. If a class is cancelled, participants will have the option to reschedule for a future class or receive a refund for the cancelled class. The gym reserves the right to cancel classes without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in such situations.
