William Jennette
Sr.-Managing Partner, Facilities Director
William Jennette is a highly accomplished Strength and Conditioning Coach with an impressive 25-year career. Throughout his tenure, he has demonstrated exceptional expertise in training athletes across various sports, consistently achieving outstanding results. What truly sets William apart is his versatility, as he extends his training services to individuals from diverse backgrounds, including non-athletes as young as 5 years old and senior citizens up to 84 years young. William’s impact on his high school athletes is particularly remarkable, with many of them successfully transitioning to college sports. Thanks to his guidance and training, these athletes have excelled in a wide range of disciplines, including football, soccer, basketball, lacrosse, track and field.

I am a dedicated and enthusiastic individual who has a deep love for sports and a strong desire to inspire and guide others. With a background as a Division 1 Athlete at the prestigious University of North Carolina, I have gained invaluable experience and knowledge about the significance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Having spent several years as a coach in high school and college football, as well as an assistant weight training coach, I have witnessed firsthand the positive impact that proper training and guidance can have on athletes. I believe in the power of education and strive to help individuals reach their full potential both on and off the field. With my expertise and passion for teaching, I am committed to providing a supportive and empowering environment for athletes at Field of Dreams by Triangle Athletic Complex, where they can thrive and achieve their goals.

This variety ensures that every member finds a program that resonates with their fitness journey. My vision extends to forming strategic partnerships with universities, hospitals, and rehabilitation centers, allowing me to offer various services such as physical therapy, occupational therapy, massage therapy, and recreational therapy. I aim to build strong community ties and gain support from notable organizations like Silver Sneakers and the Special Olympics. As a powerlifting coach and trainer for the Special Olympics, I have recently expanded my expertise in empowering athletes. Our facility’s unique position enables us to collaborate with city and state programs, enhancing our reach and impact in the community.

Kristi is a highly skilled personal trainer originally from Houston, Texas. With a deep passion for physical fitness, she excels in all areas of training. Her expertise extends to strength training, cardiovascular exercises, and flexibility training. Kristi is dedicated to helping her clients achieve their fitness goals and improve their overall well-being. With her personalized approach and extensive knowledge, she is committed to making a positive impact on the lives of those she trains.
Armani White
I am an accomplished and experienced dance instructor with a focus on teaching children and teenagers aged 5 to 18. My background as a varsity cheerleader at NC A&T University has shaped my teaching style, combining athleticism and artistry. However, my true passion lies in working with young dancers who share a deep love for the art of dance. My main goal is to inspire and nurture their passion, helping them unlock their full potential in the field of dance. I firmly believe that every child possesses a unique talent waiting to be discovered, and it is my unwavering mission to help them uncover and develop their individual strengths. To accomplish this, I employ a comprehensive and personalized approach, creating a positive and supportive learning environment where students can truly thrive. I am committed to instilling discipline, perseverance, and self-confidence in my students, enabling them to grow both as dancers and individuals.
Shay Anderson
I am an experienced Zumba instructor with a passion for promoting inclusivity and wellness. Over the past 15 years, I have dedicated myself to participating in Zumba classes and honing my skills in this energetic dance fitness program. For the past 3 years, I have proudly held a license as a Zumba instructor, allowing me to share my love for Zumba with others. In my classes, I strive to create an environment that welcomes individuals of all age groups and fitness levels. I believe that everyone should have the opportunity to enjoy the benefits of Zumba, regardless of their background or abilities. With this in mind, I design my classes to be inclusive and adaptable, ensuring that each participant feels comfortable and supported. As an avid Zumba participant myself, I understand the positive impact that this dynamic workout can have on both physical and mental well-being. I am committed to helping my students achieve their fitness goals and love for dance!
Mollie Pathman
Mollie was born and raised in Durham, North Carolina. She graduated from Duke University in 2014 with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in psychology where she was also a member of the varsity women’s soccer team. During this time, she played with the US Youth National Soccer Team, winning the U20 FIFA Women’s World Cup in 2012. After college, Mollie continued her soccer career playing professionally in the NWSL and Champions League. ? In 2016 Mollie retired from professional soccer to pursue her passion for physical therapy and sports rehabilitation. She earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of North Carolina in 2019. Mollie’s professional area of study as a student focused on prevention and rehabilitation of athletic injuries. Mollie has experience working with athletes of all levels and experience, recreational to professional. ? When not working, Mollie enjoys training for marathons, traveling, hiking with her dog and any competition (especially board games). ?
Martricia Degree
Tricia is passionate about combining fitness and dance, finding joy in movement and self-expression. She believes that staying active should be fun and engaging, leading her to explore various dance styles. Tricia enjoys inspiring others to embrace fitness through dance, fostering a positive and energetic environment. Her enthusiasm for physical activity motivates her to continually learn and grow in her practice. Outside of dancing, Tricia is dedicated to helping others achieve their fitness goals.
